Final Sale:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Damaged Products:
If your Tar Tubes product arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.
