One Year, 50 Stores, Five States!

Today, October 10th, we're celebrating the first anniversary of the launch of TarTubes.com!

TarTubes is our tar-capturing accessory for pre-rolls, designed to deliver a smoother draw while preserving the flavor of your favorite strains.

We got TarTubes onto our first shelves that November, thanks to our friends at The Verb is Herb in Easthampton, MA. Several other stores in our area soon followed. We attended our first Harvest Cup in Worcester that month, too, and by the New Year, we were in a dozen stores.

I'll skip the stories of computer crashes and other catastrophes and jump to March, when the story of two friends breaking into the cannabis industry in their sixties was published in HIGH TIMES MAGAZINE!

Cannabis media has been very receptive to our invention. In addition to High Times, we've been interviewed by several publications and appeared on half a dozen podcasts. Check out the coverage in our Puff Pieces section!

As we reflect on this year, what really stands out isn't the number of stores or the media attention. It's the people we've met along the way.

We've been overwhelmed by the encouragement and generosity of friends, dispensary owners, influencers, and so many others who've embraced our little invention. From the people who took a chance on us when we were just getting started to those who offered advice, made introductions, spread the word, or simply cheered us on, we've discovered a community that's been incredibly welcoming and supportive.

We're so grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey and for the opportunity to be part of this fantastic industry, sharing in the benefits and joy of cannabis.

One year, 50 stores, five states—and more new friends than we ever imagined.
